Jan Woord is Buurvissen’s secret weapon. Born and raised in Urk, he is a fish conaisseur who can spot the freshest fish from miles away. For Buurvissen he selects the best catch and filets them himself. On April 12th he will tell us more about the life of a fisherman during a delicious fishy lunch.
